Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, here's how returns and refunds work at G U K Beauty.
Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging, with all tags and protective seals intact
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on wigs, hair extensions, or other hair products that have been worn, styled, brushed, or removed from their original sealed packaging, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gukbeauty@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return Email gukbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
